Straight Handpieces

Straight Handpieces are the slowest rotating instruments (between 20,000 and 40,000 revolutions per minute) and are rarely used inside the mouth. They are always coupled to a micromotor and are used to refine the prosthesis; additionally, these devices may or may not contain light.
