Resin Cements

Resin cements are also the only cement material. A very desirable feature of resin cement is that it does not react with water.  It provides the basis for a strong and lasting bond. They are very stable. They do a very good job of being able to withstand the effect of water being in the oral environment. This characteristic of resin cement is particularly helpful when you are cementing a crown that does not have as much retention form.
