- Pyrex Modelling wax is an all season multiutility wax. It allows carving without chippin. Takes polish while carving. This product is useful in relieving and preventing irritation of the gums caused by braces and other dental devices. You can evenly apply ortho wax on the wire to reduce friction between the wire and the oral mucosa.
