Pulp Vitality Tester

  • The pulp tester stimulates the pulp’s nervous system using electrical stimulation. The pulp tester, on the other hand, just indicates whether the tooth is vital or nonvital; the key component is the tooth’s vascularity. The pulp test alone cannot be used to make a diagnosis; it must be coupled with additional testing.
