W&H Handpiece Lubricant Spray Oil F1 Spray. To lubricate the high speed handpiece, inject lubricant into the smallest of the two large holes until it’s lightly pouring out. Before reusing it, attach it to your dental unit and run it for approximately 10 seconds. Place a few drops of lubricant into the drive air hole of the handpieces and run the handpiece on slow speed until the only lubricant comes out of the head.
