Ivoclar Tetric N Bond Universal 6gm

Ivoclar Tetric N-Bond Universal is a single-component, light-curing adhesive for direct and indirect bonding procedures that features compatibility with all etching techniques: self-etch, selective-enamel-etch, and total-etch. Tetric N-Bond Universal showed high bond strength on wet or over-dried dentin. Tetric N-Bond Universal is the universal bonding agent available in the traditional bottle as well as the unique VivaPen delivery for fast and convenient direct intra-oral applications with minimal waste to optimize cost-effectiveness.

It N-Bond Universal forms a part of the “Direct Restoratives” product category.  Dispense the desired amount of Tetric N-Bond Universal into mixing well and apply it using a disposable applicator (e.g. Vivadent Applicator Brush). Protect the adhesive from light.

Tetric N-Bond is used in the placement of direct composite and compomer restorations as well as in the adhesive luting of indirect restorations made of all-ceramic and composite materials involving light-curing.

Tetric N-Bond Universal combines hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties. It is tolerant to moisture, penetrates open dentin tubules effectively and seals them reliably. Since Tetric N-Bond Universal is moderately acidic, it is compatible with any etching technique (selfetch, selective-enamel-etch or total-etch) and ensures an optimum bond between the tooth structure and the dental restorative.

• Direct-placed core build-ups with light-, self- and dual-curing composites.
• Adhesive cementation of indirect restorations with light- and dual-curing luting composites.
• Sealing of prepared tooth surfaces before temporary/permanent cementation of indirect resto-rations.
